Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

If you bought any book from us and paid 80-100% of the original list price before shipping, you may return the book in salable condition within 60 days and we will issue a prompt, courteous refund (the shipping charge is non-refundable). Please include a note about why the book didn't work for you. If the book is dog-eared from use, has coffee stains, etc., please don't bother to return it as we will not issue a refund.

If you were not charged shipping originally, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund.

If you took advantage of one of our occasional deep-discount special offers and paid less than 80% of list, the book is non-returnable.
